Research Interests

I mainly focus on statistical and adaptive signal processing techniques and their application to next generation communication systems. For my PhD thesis, I worked on the application of adaptive filtering techniques to cyclostationarity based spectrum sensing in cognitive radios. Currently I am interested in working on problems related to:

  • Performance Analysis of (Cell Free) massive MIMO systems
  • CSI acquisition techniques for (Cell Free) massive MIMO
  • Detection of Granger Causality between two or more signals
  • Physical layer techniques for IoT including but not limited to Distributed Cophasing
